Solar-Tectic LLC is pleased to report that the patent “Hybrid organic/inorganic eutectic solar cell” issued today (US 9,349,995 B2).  The claims that were allowed are remarkably broad, and the technology can be applied to solar cells, OLEDs, OLEDs, etc. using polymers and inorganic materials such as silicon, germanium, etc.
