Solar-Tectic LLC submitted a paper titled “Extremely Highly Textured MgO [111] crystalline films on soda-lime glass by e-beam” to the Journal of Crystal Growth, a peer reviewed journal, reporting on its breakthrough technology for depositing crystalline MgO films on soda-lime glass.
